"We enjoyed our 6 night stay in this very clean hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing that stood out is we were always greeted warmly with a smile. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchenette area. We appreciated the shelving in the room, closet area and drawers for clothing and item storage. The bathroom was very clean. It is rare to find one with 2 drawers and 3 hooks and bottom shelving. Our towels were always clean and soft. The shower water pressure was weak and not enjoyable. We liked a quiet breakfast area since the TV was in another area. The food choices were good but the regular and decaf coffee were very weak. We suggest using a stronger blend. The indoor pool was very nice."

"I was looking for a clean, small and simple place to stay as I was getting tired in Scranton, PA, and just wanted to rest for the night and be up early in the morning. This place was perfect! The inside of this room, and I'm assuming all the other rooms, are completely modern and up-to-date! LVP flooring, nice bed/comforter/pillows, table to work, if necessary, great TV. Great stand-up shower! The outside look is still of an older motel with no updates, but, that is what makes it a great find as other hotel goers are looking for modern chains and overlook this one. Entrance to each room is from the outside - again a motel. No breakfast or pre-made group coffee. Keurig, a few cups in the room to make coffee. Very pleasant and affordable experience on short notice and will stay there again, if I need to something quick and easy in Scranton. Will become my "go-to" hotel."
